Fog in RL and in head.

Japan: I spin the internal prayer wheel and hope.  Words fail...

Fibro: Been moderately ghastly, but that was to be expected.  Still jumping...  Hands like flippers with claws today.  Total exhaustion yesterday meant nothing got done.  I'll need to catch up.  Bums...

Sorry the fibro is miserable. Lots of hugs and support! I am still rattling with pills and I hurt, someone is trying to stab a screw driver into my right hip joint from the front today and I fell over the pattern in the carpet in the office! One of my colleagues has MS, the symptoms are remarkably similar - don't have fibro fog, but the hot flushes and freezing cold spells when the internal thermostat goes on the blink are a right nuisance. Layers anyone?
