I've always hated the interpretation of the term 'friends with benefits' because it has the word 'friend' in there. I mean, if you're friends with someone, then it can't be just about the sex, can it?

So V for Vendetta references a catchy rhyme about a historical event, and from then on *everyone* I know hears the rhyme or even the date mentioned in the rhyme and thinks the movie. It was a damn good movie, but the movie should remind us about the event it attempted to honor, not vice versa.
