Yes and no. This post is a way for me to take Shakespeare's advice until I can find more words of my own.

This Sunday will be my first Father's Day without my father. It's hard.

And as for lending the Bard's words, *smiles* that you express yourself emotionally on LJ is a wonderous thing already, isn't it?

Like I said via AIM the other day on a related subject:

Just because he isn't here this year doesn't mean you can't celebrate for all the years that he was. It's Father's Day and he's still your father and there's nothing wrong in acknowledging that in whatever manner you feel best.
