No, I mean, I literally have trouble reading it. If you were to be "culturally aware", you might consider that not everyone has your experience with these things.

What do we do... that would depend on the human. Some enjoy going out drinking with friends, some enjoy taking walks outside or going to the beach, some enjoy attending plays. Festivals are generally a nice pastime, but I haven't seen that many here.
