I may as well post something while it's possible to cross-post to LJ. I seem to be able to access LJ for a few hours late at night, which is making me wonder if Russian state hackers knock off at midnight... Yes, I'd seen that. It's excellent news.

That reminds me. Are you a fan of Richmal Crompton's William stories? If so, did you catch Martin Jarvis's readings of two of them on Radio 4 over Christmas? His readings are always excellent, but these two seemed to be even funnier than usual, perhaps because they were done in front of a live audience (at a theatre in Winchester). They are well worth seeking out on i-Player.

I heard the Hamlet one. Don't think I heard the other, but they tend to blur in my head over the years!
