What was the opinion on NZs Famous Onion dip? (Truly, everyone in NZ knows how to make that stuff.

Honestly it sounds like you did remarkably well; if I was cooking for 13 people I think I would have drunk more than one bottle of wine in 'preparation'. :P

Actually, I don't really like onions. But I did try some, and declared that if I did like them, it would have been a really good dip. I approve of New Zealand's dip choice.

I made up for only having one bottle of wone beofrehand by having far, far too many later in the evening. Jenny and I, as a result of this, ended up lying on the hall floor, pretending to be zebras and lions.

I can’t believe you are actually going to be in New York! There is so much to do there, you are going to have a blast. Have a great trip!

I know! It only started feeling real today - I've been scurrying around the house trying to find my passport and work our how to use the washing machine and find my boots. It's so exciting!

Lol, I'm sorry that you don't like onions or I may not have sent you the dip. Still, it's probably got enough chemicals in it to render it relatively onion-free-tasting ( ... )

Meh, don't worry about it. I saved it for when onion-liking people would be around, and they all thought it was super.

Actually, I threw them out of the house when I went to work, not realising quite what a mess it was in. And then came back and went, "Oh. Bugger."

The train museum was fun. I played on all the games designed for eight-year-olds, and Sam rolled his eyes at me. Yay!

I shall most definitely send you a postcard, so long as I can figure out what stamp is needed for NZ.
