What flavour jelly are you making? Lemonade is always good, because it is sneakily clear, and then... suprise! It's lemonade!

We did not end up making jelly (I am sad) although the idea was for it to be vodka. However, we have Jammy Dodgers and Party Rings instead.

Do not under-estimate the power of a three-chord song. My impromptu three chord song, for example, are amazing. Ask Megan or Alex, they'll tell you. Sometimes, when I'm feeling just a tad experimental, I'll throw in a fourth chord. That really brings the roof down, let me tell you.

Anywho, enough with that. Good luck with the guitar playing. It is much fun. And have a safe New Year. Keep an eye on your drinks. You never know who's been secretly backwashing in them.

I think that I have heard enough about your music to merit a listen. You should tape some of these amazing songs and get Alex to send it to me. (Or jump on a plane and give me an in-person concert, but that's probably slightly more impractical.) Then you will be able to talk about your 'international fan base'.

We are now left with a ridiculous amount of food, as is every household in the country. Haha, it's an international thing. Our pantry was overstuffed completely and utterly also. Christmas is the time o year when people's culinary skills in using up leftovers is put the the ultimate test.

While I was wokring I had a lot of customers saying that Christmas is for the children. It makes me sad because it shouldn't be like that, but it seems to be so. What is there to enjoy for the adults? A few presents, a lot of food and watching the children open their gifts. Not as fun as when one was a kiddie. Still, holding onto traditions, like the stocking, is surely a step in the right direction of trying to keep it magical.

Well, now that the parents have gone away, we have complete run out of food. Benjamin did muster the energy to go to the shops today, but we immediately ate all the food that he came back with. It will be Jelly Beans and chocolate buttons for dinner, I fear.
