I didn't even think about it until I made the Christmas Carol reference to myself, and then I was like, wait. Hold up. XP Why did he decide he wanted to do it like that??

It’s fascinating to me to read things that you don’t like within SPN...mostly because you seem to float outside of the fandom wars, and I don’t really know what your expectations are for the Show, or if you even have expectations, because you seem to just soak in everything that it gives you with delighted abandon. (Which has to be the most enjoyable way to watch the Show.) So with that being said, it’s interesting and fun to see what you DON’T enjoy (especially because I thought I was the only SPN fan who could not get on board with 11.20!). I respect your approach though. Just cherish the corroded sinks where you can find them.

Soaking in everything it gives with delighted abandon sounds very accurate. xDDD The things I don't like, I just figure aren't relevant to me so why should I spend energy on them, haha. I mean, obviously some things you can't just write out of memory (like the bunker!) but I've mostly made my peace. When the Stynes were in the bunker at the end of S10 planning to actually burn it down, I felt legitimately bad about my "burn it down" desire for a good 30 seconds, so I figure this counts as peace made. Plus we got evil bunker lockdown at the end of S12, which I've wanted since S8!

I'm glad it's not just me re: 11x20, too! I'm not sure if I've made my peace with that, because I haven't rewatched it again since it aired, but I do remember there was some nice fog rolling over hills, and I loved the Rolling Stones music cue. I think the last episode before 11x20 I really, really disliked was 7x23, and it took me four or five years but I'm over that now. XD
