Maybe it's because I recently saw Party On, Garth, but this makes me think of him. Like, I feel like if we could fiddle with the mechanics of his character, it would only take a few shifted pieces to get at a Garth who would drive these wheels. XD

GURL you read my mind! I was trying to think of someone who might have these wheels, and I was just like, "I feel like Garth could be persuaded..." Beth (that's her name right?) would probably put an end to any fantasies of these wheels on their car, though. :PPP
