I definitely have to cut back on that stuff i's way too easy to over indulge on that stuff. I'm going to try following what the dietitian had me do last year and start by reducing that kind of stuff first (to only 4 servings of grains, pasta, potatoes etc.
If you are talking about the one this weekend I actually didn't even know about it but now that I do I want to try to go tomorrow (Saturday). If you are going we can try to meet there if you would like to.
