I got a promotion!

It comes with a really really nice raise, effective July 1, which will make the budget very very happy.

I also got a much better bonus than I was expecting, which comes with tomorrow's paycheck. That's already earmarked for debt reduction, but the fact that it's almost 4 times what I expected just makes that better.

Today turned out to be a really good day after all, for reasons I am not at liberty to discuss at this time.

Wow.

Good things for this weekend:

• Having more than 1/3 the outstanding orders ready to ship today.
• Pants, in the correct size, that are true-to-size, so they actually fit, without needing a belt to keep them on.
• a massage, even if it did cause me to get a migraine. Getting rid of the migraine is time consuming, but straight forward, and the end result is ( Read more... )

When I looked up from a project, wondering if I'd taken my meds this morning, I was startled to find it was only 9:30, I realized that this was going to be an odd day.
