I've been camping with Skippy. He was an Austin pagan, prior to joining the armed forces. He ran around in a silly costume kilt and made balloon animals (some obscene ones for the grownups, and regular ones for the kids). His CO even gave him time leave to come to one of the CMA camp outs, as long as he came back with some sort of proof that women did, indeed, walk around topless. He had plenty of volunteers for the photos.
