"The general scenario is set 80 or so years into the future, long after the sea levels have risen. The catastrophic side of the sea coming in has long since past and the five images are snapshots of people going about their lives, having adapted to the city’s new circumstance."

I saw some early issues and wasn't too into it. These later ones look a lot cooler.

Very evocative of Michael Moorcock/New Worlds circa late '60's. I like the way the people are kind of an insubstantial afterthought.

Yeah. It's like something out of Ballard's The Drowned World, except maybe a bit more down-home and folksy.
