After work, he decides to go out and use them for the first time in a while. But instead of putting them to use, he ends up sitting on one of the benches in the park

Level up? I wish I could do that, but I don't think it works that way for me.

Eh, equipment won't do it either. At least I don't think so...

Basically I can do everything I normally do, but one hundred times better. Like speed and strength!

Well, I can only use my powers for a certain amount of time per hour. Five minutes, to be exact. But even before I got here, they just started...fading. Now it's around three and a half minutes, and it'll be even less as each day goes by.

Nope, not fire. It makes my physical abilities a hundred times stronger!
