Because of the recent picture of a kilt clad Paul, I figured that this would be rather appropriate.

I love that song. In fact I love the Arrogant Worms, full stop. But especially that song. It's so fun and full of energy, it always makes me hard that little bit harder at the gym.

*hums* Since I saw the picture I had this song in my head...and its quite interesting to be singing it in the middle of my training class. People already think I'm nuts. hehe

I've never heard anything else by the Arrogant Worms. My friend had sent me this song a while ago and I love it.
