All this talk about Paul Newman's ill health has me following links and seeing pictures of him from his younger days.

How could I have not noticed before that he was quite possibly the most handsome man on earth for a while there?

Not a bad physique for a guy who could eat 50 eggs.

The physique isn't really all that important, compared with his pouty pouty face. Smoldering.

yes, he really was quite quite gorgeous... sigh. I enjoyed him in The Sting (must watch that again sometime), he's way better looking than robert redford.

also Marlon Brando never did anything for me in still photo's and then i saw him in some movie (possibly Guys and Dolls) and was immediately all of a twitter :)

I think it's the steely eyes more than the pouty mouths (from both guys) for me.
