I have been straying from my wholesome vegan diet of a couple years ago, so I decided that I'm going to try to wander back toward that. If I ever lack in motivation, here's:
Hmm...you could go for dark, dark, dark chocolate when you want chocolate!! It helps fulfil the sugar craving but you most likely won't overeat it, for some reason it always makes me slow down, it's not as enjoyable in large quantities :).
That way you can have your chocolate and eat it too :)
Good for you for choosing this lifestyle. I gave up meat for lent last year, and have been eating a LOT less of it since then, but I can't bring myself to full-on give it up. I won't prepare it myself, but if I go out to eat...maaaaaan to me just nothing compares.
