I am experiencing mouth hunger. I hope my body hunger catches up soon so I'll feel good about eating. I made a mistake and became stuffed at dinner time (4pm). I had a root beer, a diet coke, a boca burger, and some fries (just over half of what was on the plate). I know how it feels when your mouth says more but your stomach says NO!

We could make our own community about this book, or all join no_more_diets which is a community I found based on the original book "Overcoming Overeating", by the same author with the same principles. Let me know what you think :)
