lol, late reply but Tyrion's my fave, I'm 100% attached to him and if something terrible happens to him, I'll just...curl up in a corner and weep probably

but I love Arya too and Sansa (though she's annoying for now), Jaime, Littlefinger and the Hound. I could list a lot more but they're gonna be introduced in Season 2. There are just so many characters to love.

ahhhhhh this makes me so happy! I'm so glad you caved Julie! EVERYONE should be watching this show. I get that some might be turned off by some of the themes that feature on the show, I for one hate violence, but I never felt like the violence was extremely excessive (in the books as well). To me it's much more about the characters :)
Do finish watching the second and third episode before Monday ;) and then join ontd_asoiaf to make your Game of Thrones experience on LJ complete (and tell them I send you!)

I could no longer stay away from it, it was impossible! And so much pretty! I think some scenes are a bit too graphic, but well that's HBO, so... I plan to catch up my lateness, but I forgot the files on my office computer, so I guess I'll continue to watch it at lunchtime on monday, like I did for the beginning! :)
