This is such a concise, heart-breaking look at Juliet. She really can't seem to escape the past. Wonderful work.

Thank you! I'm glad you think so! :D

Juliet's "mark" that she got in S3 just popped into my mind for this prompt. Hopefully everyone remember that. Even if the writers have probably forgotten. :P

I really like this, sweetie! You gave a great insight into the pain Juliet goes through and managed to do it with so few words. It's like a snapshot of her inner thoughts.

Awww, thank you, bb! I'm really glad you like it! :D

I'm glad I managed to keep the feeling on the piece, since it started out as like 180 words and I had to cut it down to 108. It's better shorter, though, I think.

You did a wonderful job. :)

I usually have to shorten down drabbles as well. They always come out a bit too lengthy but not enough to be regular sized story, lol. I actually was quite silly and signed up for a community with prompts and claimed "Saw" for my fandom. Not an eay fandom to write, even in drabbles! I'm trying to finish them up, though.

Thank you! :)

With drabbles, what I start out with is either way too long or way too short. Good luck with your claim, I'm sure you'll do wonderful! I actually claimed a prompt table before my hiatus that I'd totally forgotten about until... now. :P

Oh, wow. This is so beautiful and brilliant and hurtful and just... wow! :) I'm totally in love with every scare-fic about Juliet and Sawyer and this one is one of the best I've ever read. It's amazing that you managed to put so much sense in so little words.

That's the purpose of the mark, after all - to remind her that she can never escape.
This sentence is absolutely genius. It shows Juliet's tragedy so well. No matter where she goes, no matter how hard she tries to start a new life, her past will always find her, she will probably never be free.

Wonderful piece :) I love this story!

Wow, thank you SO much! Juliet's story is really tragic, and I guess that's part of why I love it so much.
