Resumes, cover letters, and interviewing do suck, I agree. I still work for the same company that hired me at $8 an hour in 2005 as a recent college grad with no skills to speak of. I have a lot more skills now and am paid commeasurately more, but I've tried throughout the years to get out and haven't had any luck getting in elsewhere. Job hunting, I don't grok it.
