Ugh. I know what you mean. My mam put my duvet cover in the wash and handed me a clean one to put on it.
It still has lumps in it even now. :p

I've figured out a way to do it! Go inside the actual duvet cover and shimmy about a hell of a lot. =D
Probably looks a bit weird though...
