A few Saturday morning links:

Samurai vs. Shadows, via burger_eater.  I almost skimmed past this, as I don’t generally watch a lot of YouTube videos in people’s blogs.  I’m glad I clicked this one.  It is both beautiful and awesome.

Judgmental Ostrich Bookseller, via otterdance.  In which the LOLstrich gets its intellectual snark on.  I was amused.

I hope you watched the Neverending Story one. I think it's brilliant and fodder for a story of its own.

And thanks for the self-pub link. Very interesting and important to keep up on that end of things.

I didn't yet. Part of the problem is that depending on where I watch these things, I don't get sound. Which wasn't a problem on the shadows video, happily.

It made me think of some of the things Mary Kowal has posted aboiut shadow puppetry. I wonder how long they had to practice and choreograph it all...
