it WAS on a school computer but that still doesn't justify the reason's that they gave for refusing the connection. it's the government censoring shit in the 'british columbia government network' so anyone who's using the 'government's' computers is censored from things that would probably enlighten them if they did see them. "email for personal purposes is acceptable, as long as it doesn't not jeopardize the productivity, integrity and security of ICT systems and/or harm government's reputation." ... that's just ridiculous.
