I have actually been planning to post but I keep forgetting
I had my last counselor meeting for the semester and I take back what I said about her because she was pretty chill and there really has been an improvement and life
it seems normal
like the status-quo normal. like i am not drowning in sadness and i am not fucking floating into the sky with happiness
it feels...deal-able? idk yeah. more in-depth post about it soon

exercising is something i should be doing too :| but i have exams now so i'm 'a bit busy' studying, or so i [halfheartedly] convince myself, so mebbe after like a month i'll start treadmilling etc. properly ;n; but go you, i hate ellipticals! :D

I actually walk around really fast while memorizing my notes, but these days I've trained myself to sit down while doing it so that good habit's now erased and I'll have to consciously resurrect it ;_;
