Yesterday, I had gotten all set for bed, including having taken sleeping pills about this time, but it seems that every time I take a sleep aid, something external ends up keeping me awake

Queen Nefertiti's temple? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she's got two of them, on either side of her head, slightly above the midpoint between the eye and ear. :3
As for donuts-- made at Dunkin Donuts! :D
