  • Very little, if any, money would be saved unless even more radical cuts are made, such as the eventual elimination of most faculty positions.

Yeah, as Rocco points out in the manifesto, comparisons between ISU and comparable institutions are already pretty embarrassing. We need to call in Larry Bird! (it's sad that this could be a good idea...)

I don't think he was a phil major, but he's old and rich now, which often lends itself to wanting to save things like art, philosophy, and the like. But if he hates Terre Haute, maybe that's not such a hot idea. Damn.
