The news is all over the place now. (Do I really need to link to it?) How soon until the internets explode? I feel so sorry for the who_daily editors; you have my sympathy, you really do.

(My only reaction to the news: I'm not surprised and also \o/)

The editors should just make a fell swoop announcement of "READ ANYONE ELSE'S FLIST AND SEE IT ALL THERE K?" Heh.

I've never been a huge Ten fan, so I'm pretty indifferent to the news, and quite looking forward to a new Doctor. It's been three years, it's long enough.

No, srsly, DT is a nice man and an excellent actor, hope his career goes well. Also I reeeeally want a woman this time. Although, come to think of it, maybe not a Moffatt woman.

I'm more ambivalent than I thought I'd be.

"Journey's End" made me really angry with Ten, so I'm glad to see him go. But on the other hand, I hoped that Moffatt would be able to do something that'd make me like Ten again. Now all Ten has is a few specials under RTD's reign, and I doubt that they'll be able to make up for "Journey's End."

But on the other hand, Moffatt gets a shiny new Doctor to work with, which is cool.

I'll miss Tennant's hair.
