Is it possible to simulate FTL communication by simulating everything about a solar system in a computer, to the extent that messages to simulations of people would be answered at once?

Sister Kozath send a message to the post where Vellalt is.  Kethath carries it, Hilojat's assistant.  The enemy capture the messenger but can't read the Rhuthuok message.   The messenger is threatened with torture but escapes when artillery attack, and gets to Vellalt, who reads the message.
