tello's often has funky fun stuff, at suspiciously low prices.

prowling around the likes of marshalls, filenes or big dept stores often turns up discounted odd gems too.

the Tello's in Downtown Crossing is especially good for the more interesting stuff. and the Marshall's near Copley has a pretty good selection.

Hootenanny would be my first stop by far, and maybe Hubba Hubba if the fetishy side of goth is acceptable. i'd also take a walk down the trendy end of Newbury Street -- the Mass. Ave end, like around where Ozone used to be.

I have found some of my more astonishing evening and clubwear in the Sears juniors dept. It's not kinkwear by any stretch and mostly not goth, but it's shiny and skimpy and slutty. This helps you not at all if you are over about a size 10.

I also have had luck finding skimpy slutwear (but again, not so goth/kink) at a store called Celia's World. I am so very obviously not their racial demographic it's endlessly amusing, but it totally works for me. The only remaining store I know of is in the Arsenal Mall and the selection isn't what it once was.

Hubba Hubba is new stuff, but the quality/selection can be kind of meh. Unless you want hair dye. (so many colors!)

There's also the shoe store that's kind of near Hubba Hubba, but I forget what it's called... it's mostly shoes, obviously (including some good clubbing boots/shoes), but has some socks and shiny-but-somewhat-pricey skirts.
