Exercise, BlizzCon, and Et Cetera.

What kind of exercise do you intend to do? What you do can make a TON of difference.

If you need any help or encouragement, I'd be glad to. In six months I'm down over 40 pounds just by eating healthy and exercise, basically - it's entirely possible.

Also, don't forget that the BMI is basically BS and not always a good judgment for health - based on that, Lebron James is overweight and The Rock is obese.

Well, I plan on starting out with an hour of yoga (split up into 30 minutes in the morning and 30 at night) as well as some form of cardio - walking/jogging, stationary bike, swimming - every day, or as close to every day as I can do (Fridays are tough, haha). Once I get into the habit, and have a good rhythm going (of both healthy eating & exercise) I'll incorporate weight training.

I think what you've done so far is great! What is your ultimate weight/size goal?

And yes, I know the online calculators are BS, but I've had mine done by the machines that count more than just your height & weight, and it's been in that range for years. There aren't a lot of good guides for 'I want to get in shape but I don't care what I weigh' online, unfortunately.
