It is called constructive case, and "the scarlet worms of Ya`aqov" is a term there. If I put "be afraid of" instead of "fear", THAT is my mistake, perhaps I should change it, because that "of" is simply a product of that way of translating it, with "afraid", and not really included as a separate preposition "of".
