I struggled with "potato" but the rest came pretty easily. Glad you liked that line, though I wasn't sure if the Yanks would know what kisschasy actually was - or the Brits, or Euro types like yourself! Sometimes its hard to know which parts of the language are general, and which are regional slang.

Hoping to pick up the storyline with the next set of prompts :)

Thank you! I'm glad you posted, because I've been thinking of you lately ;) I am working on another piece that will have a sequel in Gambit-voice. Thing is, I know NOTHING about Gambit - no feel for the guy at all?

Oh, man. I'd love to help you out by betaing, but I'm not sure how good at it I'd be - I don't know if I'd be able to let your interpretation of Gambit, however it turned out, stand tall, since I have some fundamentals of his personality so strongly in my head, 'my' way.

I'd be willing to try, though.

What I am looking for is someone to help build Gambit for me, basically. Because I haven't read the comics, I don't have a real sense of him other than what I've read in fanfic! And yours is some of the most Gambit-centred writing out there, and I admire you as a writer, so my Gambit may as well as be yours!

And don't worry - I'm very resilient as to my preferences for how the fic would involve. Quite happy for us to battle it out - may the best concepts win :)
