Wonderfully said. Tonight's episode pulled out all the stops.

I'm actually really pleased the show is going there -- because they always have been each others' weakness, and now they're realizing that. (It took, of course, the APOCALYPSE to get them to realize that, but that's just that their epic love is EPIC.)

But I know how narrative works, too, and they're both going to find strengths in themselves and, again, in each other. They just need to work it out, and I have no doubt they will.

Which didn't mean I didn't totally flinch during the preview when Castiel was in Sam's seat in the car. I mean, I love Castiel. But that's SAM's seat, angel-butt. ;P

And BONUS HARVELLES FTMFW!!! I'm so glad they're back.

And was that Adrienne Palicki!!!?!!

I really, REALLY hope they aren't separated for long. Much as I enjoy Castiel's moments, I'm not a Dean/Cas person, particularly, and none of it means as much when Sam isn't around. Likewise what happens with Sam -- ultimately the person who needs to get to know Sam all over again isn't only Sam, it's Dean.

Oh please, LET ME WORSHIP AT YOUR ALTAR. Thank God someone else is saying it!!

Yes, everything you said. I really enjoyed this episode for all those reasons.

I don't think Sam and Dean will be apart for long - I hope not, anyway, because they're better together - but I'm glad it's something they've decided to do after talking about together. <3

21 Jump Street! THATS why that actor looks so familiar! Where did we see Rufus before? My local CW hates me and thinks we need "Ask Gary" commercials more than we need to see the previouslies on Supernatural.

I liked this episode too. I was very pleased especially since last weeks ep disappointed me. This felt like MY show.

Rufus is the one who told Dean Bela's real name & story.

Ah, yeah that would have been good to know instead of "were you asking for it? Well if you weren't asking for it then, you should ask for it now. Ask Gary, a medical and lawyer referal service." Blah, blah, blah.
