Hee. I saw your Roy Batty icon and just HAD to drop in. ;)
I wholeheartedly agree with your movie selection, especially the first and third choices. "Well, nobody's perfect" . . . indeed. :D And Blade Runner is one of Ridley Scott's most visually gorgeous films.
I'm sure that comedy-wise NOTHING can beat nobody's perfect. That line is just so utterly out of this world perfect. XDDD and heee, indeed re BR. I just wish Ridley Scott remembered that he CAN do that kind of movie... ;)
That movie can never be re-watched enough. I need to do that too. <3
The original one isn't like BAD of course, but you can see that there were producers complaining XD and it has a totally random happy ending with trees and sun and stuff and it actually was not used footage from The Shining, and the DC one is totally better anyway. Casablanca is just flawless. <333
APPARENTLY THEY ARE DOING IT :((((((((((((((((((((((((((( though since a bunch of people downloaded it I'm sure it'll be up again soon.
Re the comment after this: you're much probably right. It's also very saddening because he wasn't really a bad guy in that, poor Kevin. But it just baffles me that it's like, just for the casting, Clint Eastwood AND Kevin Costner and it's overlooked half of the time. :// Pity because that movie is gorgeous.
re: perfect world - you know, i read a book once several years ago where the characters had this exact same conversation... no idea what the title/author is, but i remember liking the book
