You don't have abc stores because they're Hawaiian, and when Hawaiian people go on vacation, they go to Vegas, hence the shops being there. This is all super amusing to me.

you know what's funny? i didn't see the sign over the shop. i didn't know there were ABC stores anywhere but hawaii. i stepped inside and said to dave, 'i feel like i'm in hawaii.' like ten minutes later i was like, 'ohhhhhhhhh.'
