Couldn't sleep last night

What a stupid way to lose sleep.

I cleaned out my closet. 3 random Magic the Gathering cards, a mystery red jansport backpack, weird black worn stone pig, unidentified clear bottle with liquid, and a four year old unopened ice tea (closet hooch????) later... I organized my closet floor.

Holidays
I feel oddly disconnected during the holidays. Christmas means nothing to me. I wish my own family had traditions for the holidays, but they don't.
Facebook just makes me hate people.
I haven't had alone time in a while and it's driving me a little insane. Just constant people. It's times like this I realize what an "only child" I am.
Bah. Humbug.

Returning to reality
I'm at SFO, waiting for my flight to EWR (uhg). I get back around 10:30pm (uhg). Then I'm headed to work tomorrow (uhg). At least I'm not traveling alone.
I'm just worried about work. I have a presentation on Wednesday that I should have done more work on.
Blah.

Airlines... Uhg
It took me, from the time I left my apt (6am est), 16 hours (8pm pst) to get to Portland. OMG. I was rerouted through LAX, instead of SFO. My flight to Portland was on standby.
And now I get an email from Priceline telling me my mother missed her flight. And I couldn't get her cell phone reconnected before I left (it's those pay as you go phones).
