It's a bit "overdue" due to my illness, but I wanted to post it today before my class tonight. We were only four that time, but it was a good and informative class.

We resumed shooting the student film Sunday morning. This time around I felt so exhausted that I just wanted to be done with it and go back to sleep. It took us only three hours this time, but we had a lot less to film this time. We reshot a scene at the pool because of bad lighting when we filmed it at night.

The class last night was very thought-provoking, or at least the second half of it. Speaking of provoking, the first hour or so was dedicated to review the exercises from previous classes, mainly those based upon the Three Moment Game, which starts with a provoking statement (and to be honest, I find THAT to be the hardest part of the exercise).

Last night I had the third class in my acting course. The homework we had gotten the week before was to memorize our monologue by heart. I was a bit nervous about that because it has been a long time since the last time I had to memorize any form of text and act. After work today I went to an audition at the Singapore chapter of NYU Tisch art school [which I didn't know even existed here in Singapore]. I had an amazing time there. Last night was my first class (out of 7) in my new acting class: Introduction to the Meisner Technique at the Singaporean chapter of Lasalle College of the Arts. I was so excited yesterday about going there that I had to leave work a bit earlier just because I couldn't just sit there anymore.
