I have read two anthologies by people whose parents are gay, lesbian, and/or transgender.

Families Like Mine: Children of Gay Parents Tell It Like It Is by Abigail Garner
and
Out of the Ordinary: Essays on Growing Up With Gay, Lesbian, and Transgender Parents

as well as one book by a woman whose father transitioned:

Dress Codes: Of Three Girlhoods- My Mother's, My Father's, and Mine by Noelle Howey

However, only a few of the stories are about people raised with parents who were out before their children knew them. I still think both of the first two books contain some worthwhile essays.

Thanks, I had forgotten about those. I remember really enjoying Dress Codes - perhaps I should take another look.
