Well, we do get specific training around this. In fact, it involved role playing.. which was actually kind of hilarious.
The basic steps are:
-remove hands -step back -address comment/movement/behavior -state clear boundaries
From there, it's up to you whether you immediately end the session or continue. For me, it depends on WHAT was said/done, and how the client reacts to my direct communication with them.

From discussions I have had from other massage therapists, you just haven't been doing it long enough. It is only a matter of time. :0 Ew!
