They're in the middle of a ridiculously stressful job and Arthur is falling apart at the seams, but he refuses to back down. He stays at the suite they've rented for the job every single day and night, completely ignoring anyone who tries to help him out.

Eventually, he snaps at someone (Ariadne? Yusuf?) in a way that is so uncalled for and Eames loses it.

He literally drags Arthur to his room by his hair (not caring who sees it) and pins him down on the bed. He knows exactly what his boy needs to finally calm down, so he takes care of him.

MAJOR BONUS POINTS FOR AFTERCARE! After Eames fucks Arthur senseless, he draws them a bath in the absurdly huge bathtub they have and cleans him up, gives him a massage, feeds him chocolates, what have you. Eames knows how to take care of his boy.
