Honestly? I'd forgotten what her job was. However, even being a nurse, I don't think that guarantees that she would know anything about trans issues. I've (sadly) heard many stories about medical professionals who haven't the slightest clue about these things. Far too many trans people have to educate their doctors, rather than the other way around.
Oh, I've been waiting for this update. It was beautiful. You really manage to show Blaine's anxiety without making it all that he is about. I loved the scene in bed, where Kurt broke down and Blaine took care of him.
Thank you so much! It's a balance sometimes, but I'm glad to know you think it's working. :) The bedroom scene was one of those scenes that went through quite a lot of drafts before I finally felt I got it right, and even then I was still nervous it wouldn't read as genuine. Apparently people think it does though, so yay. :)
