Just a question. Are you going back and forth between POVs on purpose? It kind of threw me out of the story several times, having it go from Jared's POV one line, then to Jensen the next.

Ex:

Jensen:“Don’t say that… Please don’t say that…”
Jensen swallows. Hard. Because Jared’s making things harder, and he doesn’t even know.

His throat goes dry on him, and he couldn’t manage to utter a word if he tried.

Jared’s phone saves him though, ringing again.

Jared:“Fucking hell!” Jared whispers. “Such a perfect timing,” he thinks irritably.

He doesn’t even look at the caller I.D., he just presses the button.

Yes, we're doing that on purpose. I'm sorry it throws you out of the story somehow, and believe me, I know it can be confusing at first and it requires some getting used to. I hope you'll keep reading anyway and that eventually, you'll come to enjoy this little style experiment of ours. :-)
