I'm sure the regular posters and lurkers here remember the numerous towns across the country that have cracked down own employers and landlords that do business with illegal immigrants. Well, some of you will not be very pleased to hear that many of these towns are starting to reconsider their policies.

The illegal immigrants aren't putting these hospitals out of business. They're an easy scapegoat for much larger issues facing healthcare, particularly in low-income areas.

So what if businesses who make money off of people here illegally suffer? What I'd like to know is...how's the crime rate in the places who effectively deal with illegal immigrants? I believe that the life of a citizen is worth much more than the life of a business.
