Oh LJ, why must you change so...

I say no to all innovations in LJ out of principle. Plus it looked really shitty trying to write an entry using Chrome.

Summer of Giles is signing up and this makes me very happy. I really need to figure out what I'm going to do and commit to a day (or two) myself. In the meantime I wrote another story in the Bookends setting. Old Self can be Read more... )

You two do know it's not all going to end in a romance?

I'm a slow writer. Maybe one a month for bookends. For the moment I have some desperate writing to do for summer of Giles. :) thank you for the gee-up. It's appreciated.

Yeah, I can honestly say it was hate-at-first-sight with the new LJ layout, too. If I wanted it screaming at me about my journal rating under my profile, then I wouldn't avoid the homepage, thank-you-very-much. Never mind the fact that the quick log-in vanishes with it, and it's just plaon ugly. I breathed a sogh of reliefe when I spoted the option to flick back to old style.

I also volentered to take a day with the Sunnydale herald a few days ago. Don't ask what entered me. :).

Anyway, good luck with what you've got on the burner.

Journal rating? Dear god, if I worried about popularity I wouldn't be using LJ.
