Went to the Pride Parade today with raelala, vorpal_pen (at least partially!), & friends. It was fantastic as well as fantastically hot, but this year there was shade (unlike '05), no rain (unlike '06), and no groping ('05, again). On Saturday night I went along with raelala, regala_electra, starstillwonder, and vorpal_pen to see Evil Dead: The Musical for Ashlyn's birthday. And it was fucking FANTASTIC. ( Evil Dead review with links, some spoilers obviously )

Yesterday, gotravel and I went to the Big Apple Con and had a fantastic time. Tickets were free as it was the 10th anniversary of the con, so first time + free entrance = already off to a good start.
