Read in 2008

I only read 55 books this year. I was so busy being social that I definitely read less. I've also started reading The New Yorker front to back and that takes quite a bit of time, but it's SO well written (thanks, Jandy, for lending them to me!) that an article about tunneling is absorbing.

I read The Kitchen's Gods Wife too- I thought it was a good read, but hard-going. So much misery packed into one novel!
