6. New Selective Color Layer (opacity 20%)

Yellows: -78, +35, +88, 0
Greens: +47, -68, 0, 0
Megantas: +100, +100, +100, 0
Neutrals: +55, -24, -40, 0

7. New Hue/Saturation Layer (opacity 50%)
Set Saturation +40

14. Create a new layer and use the gradient tool with black color to make the border you wish.

15. Put a scratchy texture to the picture and set it to screen.
