I can't believe how royally I've screwed up my sleep schedule. This is just pathetic. Does anyone have any advice about how to remedy fucked sleep schedules?
Uhmmm... just keep screwing it up more and more until it cycles back around!
Actually, I would say that I would probably start forcing myself to get up earlier in the morning so that I would be tired earlier at night. But it is a huge pain to try and get that sorted out without it just kind of fixing itself on its own.
Or you could totally stay with your current sleep schedule and talk to me at 3:30 in the morning when I'm still awake because I was just watching The Pretender with my brother.
