The Seattle School District is the largest public school system in Washington. It contains 97 schools and serves about 45,000 students. Arg...wish I could! Hubby just started a new job after being out of work since Feb. I'll keep it in mind, since Maeve isn't school age yet and we don't have to worry about such things yet.

Amazing how much "public" education costs, isn't it? A lot of my friends who are school librarians have lost their jobs in the past few years, because schools think libraries are "non-essential".
